I was promoted to Creative Director at Devslopes after driving breakout growth with organic and paid campaigns across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. I leveraged humor, bold concepts, and a nonstop flow of creative testing focused on user-generated and viral video content, producing media that both engaged audiences and converted. I led brand positioning, email campaigns, and performance-driven creative across paid and organic channels.
